What is your current favourite record?
Brackles’ remix of Tempa T’s ‘Next Hype’ (forthcoming on No Hats No Hoods!) is killing it for me at the moment. Plus pretty much everything Starkey touches.
What is the ultimate end of the night track?
When I played on valentines day I dropped DZ’s remix of ‘Do For Love’ as my last track and people started slow dancing so maybe that if I am feeling romantic. Or ‘The Message is Love’ cus that’s the only point you can play it really.
Which artist gets ultimate Reecha respect right now?
I am pretty obsessed with funky right now so Marcus Nasty is an obvious choice – we’re starting a label with him soon, so watch out for that too. Otherwise Oneman is probably my favourite DJ right now – he’s consistently jaw dropping. Label wise I’m really into what Dress 2 $weat are doing up in Glasgow – they’ve got a similar musical ethos as us.

What parties are showing the rest how it's done?
Er… I am slightly biased here! But apart from Dirty Canvas – Tomb crew are starting a new night in London called Future Bass, which is bound to be good. Trouble Vision and Crazy Legs in Bristol are both great parties too.
